City Chapter’s website! My name is Lady Barbara Bellamy Warren, and as

the 9 th President of this premier chapter, I am delighted that you are here.

The TLOD mission is to enrich the lives of young people and adults through

our national programs and projects: Top Teens of America (TTA),

Improving the Status of Women, Embracing our Senior Citizens,

Community Beautification, and Community Partnerships; National Council

of Negro Women (NCNW), National Association for the Advancement of

Colored People (NAACP), United Negro College Fund (UNCF), TLOD

Literacy, and Sickle Cell Disease Awareness. Since chartering in

September 2006, the Alexandria City Chapter continues to accomplish,

achieve, and take pride in fulfilling these goals.
