Lady Eddie Lee Marsh is the National President & CEO of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.

Lady Hope Ruffin is the National Area II Director. Area II encompasses the states of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania (East), New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island, as well as the nation's capital, Washington, D.C.

The Area II theme is: “Area II Strong & Mighty - 40 Years of Service with Purpose and Passion.’’

Lady Joyce Henderson, is a charter member of Alexandria City, serves as the chapter organizer for the Alexandria City Chapter and was the first Chapter President from 2006-2008.

Lady Carrie Johnson Clark is a charter member for Alexandria City, an organizer for the Washington, DC chapter, and currently serves as Chapter President for Alexandria City.
